  MC4033 (10, 25, 50, and 100 μM; 72 hours) exhibited dose-dependent antiproliferative effects in HCT116, H1299, A549, and U937 cell lines. In U937 cells, the inhibition rate of cell proliferation was 70% at 50 μM and >80% at 100 μM.
