Description

MC-EVCit-PAB-MMAE (Linker-Payload 11) is a cleavable linker-payload complex for constructing antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). It releases the potent antimitotic agent MMAE, a tubulin inhibitor, upon cleavage. This payload is widely used in ADC research for targeted cancer therapy, enabling both in vitro cytotoxicity studies and in vivo efficacy evaluations in preclinical models.
