Description

This kit offers a simple and efficient automated solution for plant RNA extraction. Under high-salt conditions, RNA released into the lysate selectively binds to the surface of silica-coated magnetic beads. Unbound impurities, such as proteins, are removed through wash steps before an on-column DNase I digestion is performed to eliminate residual genomic DNA. Following final wash cycles, high-purity total RNA is eluted in RNase-Free Water. The purified RNA is free of protein, genomic DNA, and other contaminants, making it ideal for downstream applications including real-time RT-PCR, RT-PCR, Northern blotting, dot blotting, and in vitro translation.
