Lipid N2-3L is an ionizable cationic lipid (pKa 8.99) used to formulate supramolecular lipid nanoparticles (SMLNPs) for mRNA delivery. These SMLNPs localize to injection sites and lymph nodes in mice and, when co-encapsulating antigen mRNA and R-848, act as potent adjuvants to enhance immune responses in cancer vaccine research.
