Bioactivity

• In Vitro:
  Licoflavonol (5, 10 and 15 μM) promotes BACE1 degradation by increasing BACE1 phosphorylation, thereby reducing Aβ secretion. Licoflavonol is a new natural inhibitor of Salmonella T3SS and expresses strong inhibitory effect on SPI-1 effector protein secretion by regulating SicA/InvF gene transcription and effector protein SipC transport.
