Description

LCA-H10, a lithocholic acid-histidine decapeptide conjugate, is a biocompatible lipid nanoparticle (LNP) additive that reduces the proportion of ionizable lipids, acts as an endosomal escape inducer, and enhances the encapsulation efficiency of siRNA. Incorporation of LCA-H10 into LiLNP-LH, followed by intravenous injection, increases liver accumulation of LNPs in mice and decreases pro-inflammatory cytokine levels (IL-6, TNF, IL-1β) in mouse serum. LCA-H10 is applicable in prostate cancer research.
