Description

LAGi-DEL is an inhibitor of LAG-3, with dissociation constants (Kd) of 97.33 nM in surface plasmon resonance (SPR) experiments and 271 nM in microscale thermophoresis (MST) experiments. It blocks the LAG-3/MHC-II interaction with an EC50 of 138 nM. LAGi-DEL effectively restores T cell activation, enhances IFN-γ secretion, and promotes immune-mediated cytotoxicity. This compound is applicable in research on acute myeloid leukemia, lung cancer, and melanoma.
