Bioactivity

• In Vivo:
  KYN-101 (10 mg/kg; once daily for 12 days; oral administration) treatment in 6-8-week-old C57BL/6J mice (B16IDO tumor-bearing mice) significantly reduced tumor growth. Additionally, the combination of KYN-101 and anti-PD-1 antibody further delayed tumor growth and extended survival in CT26 models.
