KYA1797 is a small molecule Wnt/β-catenin pathway inhibitor that binds the RGS domain of axin, stabilizing the β-catenin destruction complex to promote degradation of both β-catenin and Ras. It has demonstrated efficacy in suppressing the growth of colorectal cancer cells with APC/KRAS mutations in both in vitro and in vivo studies.
