Description

KRAS G12C-IN-75 is an orally bioavailable KRASG12C inhibitor with the ability to cross the blood-brain barrier and displays an IC50 of 0.53 nM. It reduces the active transport mediated by P-glycoprotein (P-gp) and breast cancer resistance protein (BCRP). The compound inhibits tumor growth, regulates the expression of downstream MAPK target genes DUSP6 and SPRY4, and shows dose-dependent KRASG12C alkylation efficacy in KRASG12C-positive xenograft models. KRAS G12C-IN-75 is applicable to research related to non-small cell lung cancer.
