  Administration of K-Ras G12C-IN-4 for 4 hours inhibits MAPK signaling (p-ERK) in MIA PaCa-2 cells with IC50 of 0.219 μM. In the CellTiter-Glo assay of MIA PaCa-2 cells, the use of K-Ras G12C-IN-4 for 72 hours inhibited its cell viability with IC50 of 0.067 μM.
