Description

JNK2-IN-1 (J27) is a selective JNK2 inhibitor (Kd=79.2 µM) that exerts anti-inflammatory activity by suppressing the NF-κB/MAPK pathway, thereby reducing TNF-α and IL-6. It has demonstrated efficacy in preclinical models, including in vitro studies and in vivo LPS-induced acute lung injury and sepsis research.
