• In Vitro:
  JNJ-DGAT2-A (5 μM) almost completely inhibits the enzymatic activity of recombinant DGAT2 and the DGAT2 activity in HepG2 cell lysates. In HepG2 cells, JNJ-DGAT2-A (0.3125-20 μM) dose-dependently inhibits the generation of TG (50:2), TG (52:2), and TG (54:3) with IC50 values of 0.66, 0.85, and 0.99 μM, respectively.
