Bioactivity

• In Vivo:
  In non-fasted Balb/c mice, in the LPS-induced neutrophil accumulation model, JNJ-49095397 (1, 4, and 20 μg/mouse; intratracheal administration, 2, 8, or 12 h prior to LPS inhalation) prevented the accumulation of neutrophils in the BAL fluid. Significant inhibition of neutrophil accumulation was observed when administered up to 8 h prior to LPS inhalation.
