• In Vitro:
  JNJ-1013 (Degrader-3; 1.5-10000 nM; 24 hours) degrades IRAK1 protein in a dose-dependent manner with a DC50 value of 3 nM . At 1 µM, JNJ-1013 diminishes the expression of IRAK1 induced by MG-132 in a dose-dependent fashion . Additionally, JNJ-1013 (0.01, 0.03, 0.1, 0.3, 1 µM; 24 h) reduces the expression of IRAK1, p-IKBα, pSTAT3(Tyr705), and increases the expression of cleaved PARP .
