JJH260

SKU: orb1692304

Description

JJH260 is a potent inhibitor of the FAHFA hydrolase AIG1 (IC50 = 0.57 µM against 9-PAHSA hydrolysis) and also targets ADTRP, ABHD6, LYPLA1, and LYPLA2. This cell-permeable compound effectively blocks FAHFA hydrolase activity in lysates and intact cells, such as LNCaP and T cells, making it a valuable chemical probe for studying lipid signaling in metabolic and immunological research.
