Bioactivity

• In Vivo:
  Ipsapirone (2.5-80 mg/kg) induces a mild hind limb abduction and a slight flattening of body posture at the highest dose. Ipsapirone (35 mg/kg; i.p.) decreases the body temperature in rats and mice.
