Source | (BTI-Tn-5B1-4) High-5 Insect cells |
Biological Activity | Biological activity was measured by its ability to induce IL-17 secretion by mouse splenocytes. Endotoxin level is less than 0.1 ng per μg (1EU/μg). |
NCBI | NP_057668.1 |
Storage | The lyophilized IL-23 recombinant protein is stable for at least 2 years from date of receipt at -20˚°C. Reconstituted IL-23 stable for at least 3 months when stored in working aliquots with a carrier protein at -20˚°C. As with any protein, exposing IL-23 recombinant protein to repeated freeze / thaw cycles is not recommended. When working with proteins care should be taken to keep recombinant protein at a cool and stable temperature. |

Expiration Date | 6 months from date of receipt. |
> 95% as determined by Tris-Bis PAGE; > 95% as determined by SEC-HPLC
Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 80-115 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result. |
> 95% as determined by Tris-Bis PAGE; > 95% as determined by SEC-HPLC
Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 50-60 (Mouse IL12 Beta) & 22 ( Human IL23 Alpha) kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result. |
