• In Vitro:
  The compound Ifebemtinib FA (BI-853520 FA) inhibits cancer cell growth at concentrations ranging from 0 to 3 μM for 2 hours. Repression of tumor cell proliferation and invasion in 3D culture is observed with Ifebemtinib FA at concentrations from 0 to 30 μM for 4-6 days. Additionally, Ifebemtinib FA represses Y397-FAK autophosphorylation at concentrations ranging from 0 to 10 μM for 24 hours, and at a concentration of 0.1 μM for 96 hours, Ifebemtinib FA demonstrates a fast and potent inhibition of FAK in this highly metastatic murine breast cancer cell line.
