Bioactivity

• In Vitro:
  Ibiglustat (L-Malic acid) (1 μM) treated Fabry disease cells are close to the physiological level in untreated WT cells in GL-3 levels. Ibiglustat (L-Malic acid) prevents additional GL-3 accumulation and ameliorate the abundant GL-3 levels in FD cardiomyocyte .
