  METHODS: HX531 (100 mg/kg, oral) was administered to mice, and the maximum plasma concentration (Cmax), time required to reach maximum concentration (Tmax), area under the plasma concentration-time curve (AUC), and elimination half-life (t1/2) were measured by HPLC and gas chromatography. RESULTS In mice, they were 4.1 μg/mL, 1.5 hours, 19.3 μg h/mL, and 1.9 hours, respectively.
