Elisa plates were added with His/Flag Tag SSTR2-Nanodisc (0.5 μg/per well) on an anti-Flag monoclonal antibody pre-coated (0.5 μg/per well) plate. Serial diluted anti-SSTR2 monoclonal antibody (orb1291206) solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before Elisa reading. From above data, the EC50 for anti-SSTR2 monoclonal antibody binding with SSTR2-Nanodisc is 113.2 ng/ml.
