Elisa plates were pre-coated with Flag Tag CXCR7-Nanodisc (0.2 μg/per well). Serial diluted anti-CXCR7 monoclonal antibody (orb1743111) solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before Elisa reading. From above data, the EC50 for anti-CXCR7 monoclonal antibody binding with CXCR7-Nanodisc is 14.28 ng/ml.
