Elisa plates were pre-coated with Flag Tag CD63-Nanodisc (0.2 μg/per well). Serial diluted anti-CD63 monoclonal antibody (orb1743123) solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before Elisa reading. From above data, the EC50 for anti-CD63 monoclonal antibody binding with CD63-Nanodisc is 94.22 ng/ml.
