Description

Hsp90-IN-45 is an Hsp90 inhibitor that competitively binds to the ATP binding site of purified Hsp90α, with a Kd value of 70 nM. This compound obstructs ATP hydrolysis and disrupts Hsp90 client protein signaling pathways. It inhibits the ATPase activity of purified Hsp90α and can be radiolabeled with [76/77Br] for use in PET imaging and Auger electron therapy. Hsp90-IN-45 is applicable in cancer research.
