Description

HOXA1-IN-1 is an inhibitor of HOXA1, capable of reducing HOXA1 protein levels, inhibiting its transcriptional activity, and altering the expression of downstream target genes. This compound induces DNA damage and apoptosis (apoptosis) in cancer cells. HOXA1-IN-1 demonstrates significant antitumor effects in xenograft models of colorectal and triple-negative breast cancer and exhibits synergistic activity when used in combination with Cisplatin. It is applicable for research into colorectal cancer and triple-negative breast cancer.
