His-TERRα

SKU: orb3177194

Description

His-TERRα is an ERRα PROTAC degrader. By using a single amino acid (His) as an E3 ligase ligand, His-TERRα leverages the N-end rule pathway to induce target protein degradation, markedly reducing molecular size and thus earning the designation mini-PROTAC. It significantly inhibits the proliferation and migration of MCF7 breast cancer cells and is useful for breast cancer research.
