Description

HDAC-IN-53 is a potent, orally bioavailable inhibitor selectively targeting HDAC1-3 (IC50: 47-450 nM), with no activity against class II HDACs. It induces caspase-dependent apoptosis in vitro and demonstrates significant anti-tumor efficacy in both human xenograft and immunocompetent murine models, such as MC38 colon cancer.
