HDAC-IN-101 (compound H6M) is an HDAC1 inhibitor and an NTR/pH-activated fluorescent inducer, exhibiting an IC50 of 65 nM against human HDAC1. This compound can halt cancer cell proliferation by inhibiting HDAC1. When overexpressed, nitroreductase reduces HDAC-IN-101 to H6AQ, which fluoresces under acidic conditions.
