• In Vitro:
  When the concentration of GSTO-IN-2 was 50μM, the inhibition rate of cisplatin on MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 cell viability reached 640 % and 270 %, respectively. GSTO-IN-2 ( 25 and 50 μM ) enhanced the inhibitory effect of thiotepa on the activity of MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231, with inhibition rates of 170-320 % and 180-270 %, respectively .
