  Unconjugated Affinity Purified anti-Rabbit IgG is suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA and immunohistochemistry. Recommended dilutions are as follows, ELISA 1:35,000 - 1:325,000, Western Blot 1:3,000 - 1:35,000, Immunohistochemistry 1:1,000 - 1:5,000. (Optimal dilution should be determined by user).

Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Rabbit IgG and Rabbit Serum. No reaction was observed against Human Serum Proteins. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 0.5%
