PurityThis product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Rabbit IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Rabbit IgG and Rabbit Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin, anti-Goat IgG F(c) or Bovine, Chicken, Goat, Guinea Pig, Hamster, Horse, Human, Mouse, Rat and Sheep Serum Proteins.
ImmunogenRabbit IgG whole molecule
Tested applicationsELISA, IHC, WB
Dilution rangeELISA: 1:20,000, IHC: 1:1,000 - 1:5,000, WB: 1:2,000 - 1:10,000
Application notesF(ab')2 Anti-Rabbit IgG Antibody has been tested by SDS-PAGE and is suitable for immunomicroscopy and flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. The maximum amount of reagent required to stain 1 x 10E6 cells in flow cytometry is approximately 1.0 µg of antibody. Lesser amounts of reagent may be sufficient for staining. Optimal titers for other applications should be determined by the researcher. As a general guideline dilutions of 1:100 to 1:250 should be suitable for most applications.

F(ab')2 Rabbit IgG (H&L) Antibody Pre-Adsorbed

KIF20B shRNA efficiency. (B) The shRNA efficiency measured by western blotting. Primary antibodies used rabbit anti-KIF20B antibody [1:100] and mouse anti-β-actin [1:500] with goat anti-rabbit [1:10000] and goat anti-mouse Fc secondary antibody [1:10000]. *P < 0.05 vs. control. KIF, kinesin family member; shRNA, short hairpin RNA.

Lane 4: non-reduced F(ab')2 anti-Mouse. Lane 5: non-reduced F(ab')2 anti-Rabbit. Load: 1.0ug. 4-20% Lonza SDS-PAGE; Coomassie Stained.

F(ab')2 Rabbit IgG (H&L) Antibody Pre-Adsorbed

Western Blot results using Goat F(ab')2 Anti-Rabbit IgG. Effects of RAB38 silencing on the proliferation ability of PANC-1 and BxPC-3 cells. The expression levels of the proliferation-associated proteins (C) Ki67 and (D) PCNA in PANC-1 and BxPC-3 cells were detected by western blot analysis. Data are reported as the mean ± standard deviation (n = 3). *P < 0.05 vs. control group. shRNA, small hairpin RNA; RAB38, Ras-related GTP-binding protein 38; OD, optical density; PCNA, proliferating cell nuclear antigen.
