GHK-Cu acetate is a copper-bound tripeptide with demonstrated wound healing and anti-inflammatory activities. In vitro, it reduces ROS and pro-inflammatory cytokines in LPS-stimulated macrophages. In vivo, it attenuates acute lung injury in mice by restoring antioxidant defenses and reducing inflammation.
