Bioactivity

• In Vitro:
  Gelsevirine inhibit the dimerization and subsequent activation of STING induced by 2'3'-cGAMP; Gelsevirine also induces K48-linked ubiquitination and degradation of STING, which may be achieved through upregulation and recruitment of TRIM2.
