Bioactivity

• In Vivo:
  Twice daily oral gavage of 15 mg/kg GCN2-IN-7 for 17 days showed potent target binding activity at reasonable doses. Twice daily oral gavage of 50 mg/kg GCN2-IN-7 for 17 days inhibited tumor growth in an LL2 homozygous mouse tumor model.
