I used this CCL5 ELISA kit to analyze CCL5 levels in breast cancer cell culture supernatant samples, mainly comparing changes in CCL5 secretion among different treatment groups. The kit protocol was clear and easy to follow. The standard curve showed good performance, and clear differences in CCL5 levels were observed between sample groups. The trends were generally consistent with the expectations of my experimental design, and the detection results showed good reproducibility.
