Description

FGFR3-IN-11 (compound B11) is an inhibitor of fibroblast growth factor receptor 3 (FGFR3) with a Ka value of 4.8 μM. It induces apoptosis in cancer cells, inhibits colony formation, and causes dose-dependent G0/G1 phase cell cycle arrest. FGFR3-IN-11 exhibits anticancer activity against cancer cells with minimal toxicity to normal liver cells and can suppress tumor growth in xenograft mouse models. It is applicable for research in hepatocellular carcinoma.
