Description

This product is designed for isolating and purifying total DNA—including genomic, mitochondrial, and viral DNA—from 3 to 8 tissue sections, each 10 µm thick, with a total area of less than 250 mm². Following tissue lysis and enzymatic digestion using dedicated DNA isolation reagents, the released DNA selectively binds to a specialized spin column. Degraded proteins and common PCR inhibitors are efficiently washed away, and the purified DNA is eluted in Buffer TE, making it ready for downstream molecular applications such as PCR, sequencing, and restriction digestion.
