  Methods: Ferroptosis-IN-8 (10 mg/kg, intraperitoneal injection) was used to treat the acetaminophen-induced acute liver injury mouse model and its therapeutic effect was observed. Results: Ferroptosis-IN-8 can reduce the increase of plasma ALT and AST in mice and reduce the liver injury response caused by acetaminophen.
