ERRα antagonist-2 (Compound 11) is an inverse agonist of estrogen-related receptor α with an IC50 of 0.80 µM. It inhibits the migration and invasion of ER-negative MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells in vitro and has demonstrated efficacy in suppressing tumor growth in vivo.
