Bioactivity

• In Vivo:
  In 4-week-old C3H/HeN mice injected with LM8 cells, Eribulin (1 mg/kg; intravenous injection, once a week for 2 weeks) suppressed primary tumor growth and induced apoptosis in tumor cells. It also reduced the occurrence of lung metastasis and led to a decrease in body weight.
• In Vitro:
  In LM8 and Dunn cells, Eribulin inhibited cell proliferation in a dose-dependent manner at concentrations of 0, 1, 10, and 100 nM for 72 hours.
