Epothilone F

SKU: orb1986079

Description

Epothilone F is a hydroxymethyl-thiazole analogue and active metabolite of Epothilone D. It acts as a microtubule-stabilizing agent with a mechanism similar to taxanes but with a simpler structure and improved aqueous solubility, eliminating the need for solubilizing agents like cremophor. It has demonstrated potent antitumor activity in both in vitro cell line studies and in vivo cancer models.
