Description

EGFR/VEGFR2-IN-12 (compound 11a) is a dual inhibitor targeting EGFR and VEGFR2, with IC50 values of 64 nM for human EGFR and 74 nM for human VEGFR2. It inhibits the phosphorylation of EGFR and VEGFR2, induces cell cycle arrest at the G1/S phase, activates apoptosis pathways, promotes PARP-1 cleavage, and displays low micromolar antiproliferative activity, exhibiting higher selectivity for cancer cells over normal cells. EGFR/VEGFR2-IN-12 is applicable for cancer-related research.
