EGFR-IN-49

EGFR-IN-49 is a selective small molecule inhibitor targeting EGFR T790M and T790M/L858R mutants with IC50 values of 65.0 nM and 13.6 nM, respectively. It induces dose-dependent apoptosis and is a useful tool compound for in vitro and in vivo studies of non-small cell lung cancer resistance mechanisms.
