Description

EGFR-IN-119 (Compound 5l) is a potent EGFR inhibitor (IC50 = 84.3 nM) with cytotoxic activity in A549 lung cancer cells (IC50 = 1.34 µM). It downregulates EGFR, KRAS, and MAP2K expression and exhibits antioxidative effects by reducing ROS and hyperpolarizing mitochondrial membrane potential, supporting its use in oncology research for in vitro mechanistic studies.
