DSPE-PEG-CHO ammonium (MW 40000) is a linear heterobifunctional polyethyleneglycolated reagent combining DSPE phospholipids with an aldehyde group. The PEG linker offers excellent hydrophilicity and water solubility. Aldehyde polyethylene glycol (DSPE) is a commonly used reactive phospholipid for conjugating antibodies, peptides, or other ligands to the surface of liposomes and lipid PEG nanoparticles. DSPE-PEG-CHO ammonium (MW 40000) is applicable for drug delivery.
