Description

DNA-PK/HDAC6-IN-1 is a selective, orally active dual inhibitor of DNA-PK and HDAC6 with IC50 values of 84.2 nM and 64.8 nM, respectively. This compound suppresses cancer cell proliferation, induces G2/M phase cell cycle arrest, apoptosis, and reduces mitochondrial membrane potential. It also causes DNA damage and increases γ-H2AX levels. In AML mouse tumor models, DNA-PK/HDAC6-IN-1 demonstrates antitumor efficacy and is applicable to studies related to acute myeloid leukemia.
