Bioactivity

• In Vitro:
  DKFZ-748 inhibits HeLa cell growth in a dose-dependent manner and induces HDAC acetylation in BE(2)-C cells (1–100 μM, 72 h), with significant effects observed only at the highest concentration (100 μM). DKFZ-748 also causes dose-dependent accumulation of N8-acetyl- and N1,8-diacetylspermidine.
