Description

DeDPP4 is a DPP-4 PROTAC degrader. It induces a sustained increase in glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1), enhances glucose tolerance, and leads to persistent blood sugar reduction, facilitating long-term glycemic control in type 2 diabetes animal models. In cancer cells, DeDPP4 mediates dose-dependent DPP-4 depletion and targets DPP-4 degradation in the liver and adipose tissues of type 2 diabetes animal models. DeDPP4 is applicable in research for type 2 diabetes and non-small cell lung cancer.
