• In Vitro:
  After treating HCT116 and LoVo cells with different concentrations of Decylubiquinone for 96 h, Decylubiquinone significantly reduced the proliferation of HCT116 and LoVo cells in a dose-dependent manner. The IC50 values were 45.84 μM and 28.11 μM, respectively. Decylubiquinone (50 μm) significantly increased the activity of the ETC complex in the synaptosome.
